This year we explore two themes, Resilience and Innovation on the 28th of September and Tradition and Innovation on the 29th.
Program will be online middle of June and of course – our now legendary Test Kitchen – where we will dissect what’s already out there and learn what’s about to arrive. And how these products and services will fare in the next gen food system for the next generation, which is what the Big Meet is all about fostering!
