The first day is devoted entirely to one of our time’s most pressing issues: resilience. Through perspectives from Ukraine, Finland, and Sweden, Big Meet examines what it takes to build robust, resilient societies, food systems, and economies that endure.

The second day is aimed at those who work with food every day: chefs, restaurateurs, and other stakeholders active in the meal industry. It explores how food traditions such as fermentation, preservation, and circular use of raw materials can contribute to future innovations. The program also examines how kitchen operations can be both profitable and contribute positively to people and the environment.

No, there is a 1 day ticket and a 2 day ticket. The 1 day ticket is valid for any day, however the days are very different and there is a lot of take away from both.
Our visitors range from scientist, innovators, climate warriors, and investors and VCs to small producers, chefs and farmers. The 2 days have different focus areas to engage our wide audience groups.
There is a breakfast, fika and delicious lunch, prepared by Rosendals Trädgård – you are not going to leave hungry.
Yes, this year we have set aside the whole afternoon on the 29th (day 2) for a late garden lunch at 2pm and mingle.
