Saori is born and raised in Japan and has experience from, among others, the star restaurants Esperanto and Oaxen before she ran her own restaurant ICHI in Stockholm, Sweden. She is now freelancing in various forms of pop-ups, collaborations and projects. Saori took home bronze in Chef of the Year 2015 and won the Stella Chef of the Year award 2018.
