Petter Nilsson
Petter Nilsson is the founder of Petri restaurant in Stockholm Sweden. The name given as a homage to the ground breaking Petri Pumpa restaurant once situated in Lund (Skåne)
Petter’s style of cooking seeks to find the natural gesture by combining the local seasonal produce with an intellectual approach, where sentiments and a mind wide open carves a poetic path straight to the core.
Prior to the opening of Petri Petter lived and worked in France. He reached great recognition for his restaurants Les Trois Salons in Uzès and the Parisian La Gazzetta. Petter is also one of the founding members of avantgarde cooking collaboration Gelinaz and also were part of the Cook it Raw initiative.
