A former food operator who has devoted most of his career to building and running sustainable food companies. During the past two decades, he has worked as an Executive Director and Board Member in some of Europe’s best value-creating companies, including Danone, Nomad Foods, ProViva, and Innocent Drinks. His primary focus has always been to implement systematic changes for more sustainable food operations along with executing M&A activities. After experiencing the power of system change and capital as levers to transform the food system into a sustainable state, he decided to become food investor and co-founded Gullspång Re:food Invest.
