Kim is a chemical engineer that has worked in the fertilizer industry since 2012. Starting his career as a process engineer at ICL, he was closely involved in sustainability projects such as phosphate recycling from secondary sources and energy efficiency optimization. After this, he worked as a product manager in fertilizer additives before moving to Stenon in 2022. He is now leading the Business Development team to enable Stenon’s expansion into new markets and to develop strong partnerships with the larger food & agri corporations to increase Stenon’s impact. His focus lies in how to best leverage the Stenon Farmlab’s capabilities to make agricultural practices more sustainable by better understanding the soil nutrients, enabling growers to optimize inputs and increase their soil health. In his free time, Kim loves photography, diving, running and cycling and he is a true natural wine enthusiast.
