I started Mackverket with the family in 2020, during that journey their guideline has always been “sandwich is a meal” which has helped to further develop the brand. Today she runs several restaurants, catering & food trucks in Sweden, where everyone can enjoy their sandwiches. Mackverket strives to have a greener menu that keeps up with the times. Today, she focuses on further developing new sandwiches, media communication & work daily to elevate more units together with the strong Mackverket team.

And before Isabelle started Mackverket, she worked as a chef at Babette & Café Nizza in Stockholm.
