For over 30 years I’ve been involved in the Irish food retail business running / owning 17 food business. During this time, I’ve also invested and been involved in retail tech businesses including cashless & mobile payments, O20 & CBEC sales in China and most recently master franchise ( IRE & UK)  for Swedish autonomous tech company Storekey. At big meet 2022 in Stockholm a chance meeting led to the opening of an opportunities in Japan.
