Federico is graduate in Food Innovation and Management from Pollenzo, the Slow Food University. Before joining Deloitte, he founded and managed for two years a startup in the foodservice sector. In 2020 he started collaborating as Advisor for a tech Italian startup. Since he joined Deloitte and the FoodTech Acceleration Platform, he worked on projects for the biggest food company worldwide, aimed at benchmarking the global foodtech landscape of innovation initiatives and at the design and execution of pilot programs in collaboration with startups.
