Emily is the co-founder of Amberry, a health tech start-up founded with the purpose to inspire and enable people to build a sustainable lifestyle through healthy habits and science-based guidance. Their digital health programs follow Amberry’s lifestyle concept, Healthy blue habits, based on the inspirational lifestyle of the healthy elderly in the blue zones, areas where people live longer. In order to further accelerate the transformation of the health and food system, Amberry also supports other companies to improve their position within health and sustainability, building on consumer insights and supporting SDG 3 and 13. Emily has a MSc from Stockholm School of Economics and 25+ years experience from leading positions within sales and marketing in among others, Arla Foods, Lynxeye, Mondelez, as well as scale-ups. After many years working in the food sector, she became more aware of the growing importance of the health aspects and sustainability issues related to food. When she came across the inspirational lifestyle of the healthy elderly in the blue zones, it sparked something in her. Is there a recipe for health and happiness? What is the science behind the data?  What if we could make playing the long game fun and easy? That is how Amberry and the concept of Healthy blue habits came to life
