Charles McJilton
Charles McJilton has been in Japan for over 30 years.
For the last 23 years he has been pioneering the development of a food safety-net for Japan.
At last year’s event he met Felim Meade who introduced the concept of unmanned stores.
Recently his organization, Second Harvest Japan, opened the first unmanned store in Japan that serves both full-paying customers and low-income households.
