Asaf Gronovitch
Asaf Gronovitch is the director of the product development lab at The Mediterranean Food Lab – a flavor company using Solid State Fermentation to produce unique, highly complex flavor and sensorial materials for the protein transition space. Asaf is an experienced chef with a passion for chemistry and microbiology. Before joining MFL he cooked at some of Tel Aviv best restaurants. (including Moul Yam, Brut, and more)
