Åsa Lindhagen was elected Vice Mayor for Environment and Climate of Stockholm in October 2022. Her focus is set on making Stockholm a sustainable and green city that provides high quality of life for its citizens. Lindhagen is working for a better tomorrow for today’s children. Her focus is to reduce emissions and transform Stockholm into a sustainable city, make the air healthier and the water cleaner, increase biodiversity and improve green areas in the city. In her previous positions, Lindhagen has been active in promoting children’s rights, gender equality and LGBTQI rights.
